Area Sales Executive – Seeds
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive for our Seeds Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory, building strong relationships with agri-dealers and distributors, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell hybrid and open-pollinated seeds to agri-dealers, retailers, and farmers
Conduct field demos and farmer meetings to showcase product performance
Build strong channel partner relationships to increase product reach
Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence
Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the regional manager
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in agri-input sales (Seeds preferred)
B.Sc. (Agri) / Diploma in Agriculture or related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory
Own two-wheeler preferred
