Territory Sales Manager Crop Protection

Job Description

Territory Sales Manager for our Crop Protection Products portfolio. We’re looking for passionate sales professionals who understand agri-markets and can build strong relationships with channel partners and farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for pesticides and fungicides

Expand dealer/distributor network and ensure timely order fulfillment

Conduct product training sessions and farmer awareness campaigns

Monitor product performance in the field and handle grievances

Maintain sales data and market reports

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in agri-input sales (Crop Protection or Agrochemicals preferred)

B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture or related background

Strong local market knowledge and dealer relationships

Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Valid driving license and two-wheeler a must
