We are seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager – Agri Producers at AgriLinkage Solutions in Lucknow.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building a robust agri base of FPOs, dairy points, farmers, and other rural businesses.
• Establishing strategic market linkages with agri input and institutional agri companies.
• Developing and executing effective sales plans for assigned regions.
• Leading a small team (1-2 members) and reporting to the Zonal Sales Manager.
• Collaborating closely with co-founders to drive business growth.

Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates must possess:
• An MBA with 3-5 years of post-MBA experience or a Graduation degree with 5-7 years in relevant roles.
• Proven experience in Agri Sales or Agribusiness, preferably with market linkage companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A deep understanding of agri supply chains and market dynamics.
