Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:


As a Territory Manager - Sales at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Farm Division, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the business by:



  • Generating and converting enquiries for the Mahindra portfolio targeted towards farmers with high land holdings.

  • Offering farm mechanization solutions for various crop stages.

  • Partnering to enhance farm productivity by showcasing proof of concept and demo models.

  • Exploring new revenue opportunities for farmers.

  • Upskilling laborers/tractor drivers to improve application on farm mechanization equipment usage.

  • Implementing bundled solution-based selling.

  • Showcasing the superiority of the Mahindra tractor + implement product range.



Preferred Industries:


Farm Sector



Education Qualification:


A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or Sales is ideal. Additional certifications or advanced degrees in Sales or Agribusiness would be advantageous.



General Experience:


Proven experience in sales and business development within the agriculture or farm sector is essential. Familiarity with territory management, lead generation, market research, and customer relationship management will be beneficial. Experience in promoting farm mechanization equipment and demonstrating its benefits is a plus.



Critical Experience:


Experience in negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and implementing successful sales strategies is required. The ability to drive revenue generation, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet sales targets is crucial.
