Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Calling agri retailers, onboarding registrations, activating them, and resolving their problems for order processing.


• Responsible for branded sales inquiries and branded sales orders.


• Ensure growth in retailers' business and effective payment collection.


• Educate Agri Retailers about our products, processes, and services and onboard them.


• Brief retailers about prospects and share all required information about various agro products to maximize sales through calling.


• Respond to customer concerns or questions.


• Meet sales targets to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

Your Profile:

• Degree in B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, or Chemistry is a must.


• Language Proficiencies: English, Hindi, and a regional language is a must.


• 3-7 years of experience in agri sales.


• Experience in agri-sales is preferred.


• Good knowledge of agricultural products.


• Expert in customer calling and handling.
