Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Acts as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies.


• Proactively develop marketing and promotional mix to meet Disease Chapter/brand objectives and customer needs.


• Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.


• Drive Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing (IMCM) for the Brands, including activation of digital initiatives.


• Collaborate with external agencies to deliver brand initiatives.


• Prepare Annual P&I budgets and monitor performance.


• Ensure delivery of sales targets.


• Take full accountability for the portfolio and all related programs.


• Develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools based on disease and market understanding.


• Provide periodic product training to the sales team along with the medical team.


• Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, medical, legal, compliance, regulatory, finance, supply chain, and commercial excellence).


• Engage with external stakeholders, including health care providers, agencies, and vendors.

Who You Are:

• University degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or Business. An MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.


• More than 7 years of marketing services and portfolio/brand management experience.


• Experience in Radiology/Marketing sales is an additional advantage.
