Job Description :

Identify, convert and onboard new customers including manufacturers,  importers, exporters, processors and FMCGs. 

Support scaling business development in India and explore international markets  such as US, EU and other countries. 

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and  stakeholders. 

Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure timely resolution of  issues and queries. 

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue  targets. 

Track lead conversion and sales funnel to optimize performance of the team. Analyse customer requirements and stay up-to-date with market trends. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to customize offerings and  improve market-fit. 

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue data.

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, or any related  fields 

Master’s in Business administration is preferred. 

Minimum 2 years of prior experience in business development and B2B agro  commodities. 

Knowledge in Organic, chemical free and other sustainable agro commodities is  necessary.  

Proven track record in executing successful business development and client  acquisition strategies. 

Strong understanding of agri commodity markets, B2B commerce and agri  procurement cycles.

International Business experience is desirable. 

A complete understanding of the product lifecycle. 

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi is desirable. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology-driven agriculture  transformation.
