Job Description :
∙ Identify, convert and onboard new customers including manufacturers, importers, exporters, processors and FMCGs.
∙ Support scaling business development in India and explore international markets such as US, EU and other countries.
∙ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
∙ Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure timely resolution of issues and queries.
∙ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
∙ Track lead conversion and sales funnel to optimize performance of the team. ∙ Analyse customer requirements and stay up-to-date with market trends. ∙ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to customize offerings and improve market-fit.
∙ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue data.

Candidate Profile
∙ Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, or any related fields
∙ Master’s in Business administration is preferred.
∙ Minimum 2 years of prior experience in business development and B2B agro commodities.
∙ Knowledge in Organic, chemical free and other sustainable agro commodities is necessary.
∙ Proven track record in executing successful business development and client acquisition strategies.
∙ Strong understanding of agri commodity markets, B2B commerce and agri procurement cycles.
∙ International Business experience is desirable.
∙ A complete understanding of the product lifecycle.
∙ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi is desirable. ∙ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology-driven agriculture transformation.
